Fish Sausage
Another shot of fish sausage, in the souvenir shop of Shin Yamaguchi Station, Ogoori. I am not sure how I should have cropped this. I just like the look of fish sausage. Once a long time a ago I knew someone whose father was a fish sausage maker. They were quite rich. There are is a lot of money in pulverising fish and making it into jellified blocks. Indeed, with overfishing and the gradual reduction of finned fish, before fish finally disappear from the global, and once all the the whales have been killed, perhaps humans will be reduced to eating blocks of homogenised krill.
